We are thrilled to extend a warm invitation to the Lamplighters Black History Convocation, taking place at the esteemed Pensacola High School Auditorium on Sunday, February 25, 2024. This year's theme, "I AM Black: Excellence, History, PROUD!" sets the stage for an extraordinary celebration of our rich heritage and collective achievements.


A Night of Cultural Richness

The Lamplighters, along with the Miss OLL court, are proud to present a unique set of performative art that promises to captivate and inspire. From powerful oratorical performances to thought-provoking spoken word pieces, soul-stirring lyrical dances, and a special ending performance, the evening is curated to showcase the diversity of artistic expression within our community.


Distinguished Guest Speaker: Bro. Marcus Foxx

We are honored to welcome Bro. Marcus Foxx, a distinguished Omega Man and accomplished lawyer, as our esteemed guest speaker. His insights and experiences will undoubtedly add a layer of depth and resonance to our celebration, making it an evening to remember.

The purpose of our organization is to instill self-efficacy while enhancing social and academic skills in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment with established professionals. Our mentoring team and staff are dedicated, community-oriented facilitators. The Pensacola Lamplighters is one of the few programs that target underserved males aged 6-18.
